Terms of Service

  • Product
    • Complicated details such as backgrounds, bouquet, or vehicles will be charged an additional fee
    • Reference photo for the digital art must be bright and clear for better output
    • Estimated lead time (production): 3-5 working days
    • Digital draft will be sent through clients dm for any revisions (up to 5 rev only)
    • Soft copy of the artwork will be shared from Google Drive to client’s preferred email address to retain quality.
  • Payment
    • 50% downpayment is required, the remaining 50% will be charged upon completion of the illustration
    • Mode of Payment: Gcash, Maya, Paypal, and Online Bank Transfer only
  • Rush Order
    • Rush fee starts at Php 149 for two heads. Additional Php 89 for succeeding heads.
    • Client must stay posted all through out the process. We would not be liable for any delay if the client doesn’t reply after our updates.
  • Shipment
    • All product prices are exclusive of delivery charges.
    • The shipping fee will be shouldered by the client.
    • For orders that would be shipped via Lalamove, Grab or Toktok, client will be responsible for the booking of pick up.
    • For orders that would be shipped via third party courier (J&T Express), we will be the one to book for you.
    • Damaged orders due to courier are non-refundable.

Art by Rozi has the right to showcase your commissioned artwork online for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your commissioned artwork not be used for these purposes, please specify this in the order form.
